Self-paced
All students move at a pace that matches their skill level. Curriculum is individualized. Classes are small and have multiple teachers to ensure every student gets the support they need.
Sports
Every student is placed on a team and is given a full-time coach. Teams compete together, go to class together and support each other. Coaches ensure every member of the team stays on track to graduation.
Opportunities
Every graduate creates a post-secondary plan that meets their interest and needs. Some choose college, some choose career, but every student is prepared for both through internships, college advising and summer jobs.

Terri Gatson
Terri Gaston is the Founding School Leader of Urban Dove Team Memphis, where she leads the organization’s first Opportunity Charter School outside New York City. A committed equity-focused educator, she brings years of leadership experience in Memphis schools and a strong dedication to creative supportive student-centered learning environments.
