Need Working Papers?

Please contact the Career Readiness Manager in the College & Career Readiness (CCR) office to obtain youth working papers. Students must fill out an application and submit the following supporting documents in order to obtain employment certification through the school. Documentation for working papers/employment includes:

An Application for Employment Certificate completed and signed by parent
A birth certificate as proof of age
An original doctor's note (stating the minor is "fit for employment") or Certificate of Physical Fitness completed by a NY State physician

NYS High School Graduation Requirements

New York State requires that all students complete 44 credits and pass 5 Regents exams in order to receive their high school diploma, with exceptions for select situations. More details can be found here. If you are a UD Team student or guardian, and you have questions about your transcript, please see your College All Stars Counselor in the CCR department at your school.
